Candidates arrive through people who already vouch for them, so the first screen a recruiter sees is a recommendation rather than a résumé.
Referral hiring works, but almost nobody runs it as a product. The referral itself lives in a DM, the payout is a promise, and the employer has no record of who vouched for whom. Everything that makes a referral valuable gets lost between the recommendation and the hire.
Three flows in one surface: a referrer submits someone they know, a candidate confirms and fills the gaps, an employer reviews a short list where every entry carries a name behind it. Payouts sit in escrow and release on a placement milestone, so the incentive is tied to the outcome instead of the introduction.
Solo across the whole stack — schema, application, deployment, and support. Matching runs as a pass over role requirements before anything reaches a recruiter, which keeps the review queue short enough to actually be read.
Shipped and running. The useful result was structural: the vouch is now a record attached to a hire, which makes the payout mechanical and the quality signal measurable.
